Termination of contracts with related outsourced personnel and official complaints filed with local law enforcement agencies
Strengthening of Customer Verification, device, and location control procedures
Enhancement of Fraud Detection System and expansion of regular/ad-hoc branch audits

2. Customer Notice & Guidelines

KB FMF will continue to reinforce internal control and risk management frameworks to do our utmost in providing safe and reliable financial services.
