Good Corporate Governance is a process used within a company to meet business targets and optimising company value for all stakeholders in an accountable way, on the basis of laws and ethical values.
PT. Finansia Multi Finance will always apply Good Corporate Governance and will always follow the best business practices and relevant valid legislation, one of which is Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 30/POJK.05/2014 about Good Corporate Governance for Financing Companies. The basic principles of Good Corporate Governance are as follows:
In ensuring transparency, the Company provides information which are complete, accurate, updated, and easy to access by stakeholders, as is the case for Annual Reports and Finance Reports which are given to shareholders, regulators, and even members of the public through printed media so that all stakeholders may obtain information about the Company.
Accountability is implemented through the creation of Internal Audit groups and guidance from external and independent auditors. By implementing the principle of accountability the Company can perform transparently, fairly, effectively, and efficiently.
Responsibility in managing and organising a financing business has been practiced by the Company by implementing a business which foundations are based upon the law and ethics.
The Company is managed by each organ independently and professionally, and is free from conflicts of interest and influence, or pressure from any parties. As an example, the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors have independent views for all decision making processes, whereby the roles and responsibilities of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors have both been defined by Articles of Association and Standard Operating Procedures.
Equality and Fairness
The Company will always guard the interests of stakeholders and employees by ensuring their rights and responsibilities are based upon equality and fairness.
